The organization is led by Dr. Elena Vance, President of GHEA UK, and Prof. Michael Chen, Chair of GHEA UK Accreditation Commission with a team of distinguished academics and industry professional leaders dedicated to the advancement of global learning all over the world.

Once an institute is granted, full accreditation is typically valid for a period of five years.

Institutions are evaluated across four core domains:

• Academic Excellence and Rigor: Ensuring high standards of scholarly achievement.
• Innovation in Curriculum and Technology: Embracing modern tools to enhance the learning experience.
• Access and Inclusivity: Ensuring diverse learners can reach their potential.
• Institutional Integrity and Governance: Promoting ethical leadership and transparency.

Fees are determined by an institution’s size and scope. There are three primary tiers:

• Tier 1 – (Specialized): Language academies and vocational centers.
• Tier 2 – (Collegiate): Private colleges and degree-granting institutions.
• Tier 3 – (University): Comprehensive universities with multiple faculties.

The fee schedule includes an initial application fee, a self-study review fee, an evaluation visit fee, and an annual maintenance fee to keep the accreditation valid.
